I came to Israel for the first time and this hotel was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable.. the food was amazing; the buffet and the restaurant by the lobby... the staff is ver y friendly and they made me feel welcome... highly recomended

Overall stay was good but over the past years I've been here many times. And it seems the friendly staff and service they had over the years has disappeared in thin air. Although some of the staff have been reasonable helpful.
